Fun Tournaments will be held every few weeks throughout the summer. This is a great time for beginners to get out and play other people and get to know other members. We hope to see you out at the courts all summer.
Tournament Entry Fees.
Members - $7.00
Non-Members - $10.00
includes Tournament balls, lunch, prizes
Lessons For Members
Juniors 4:00-5:00, Adults 5:15-6:15
Wednesday Lessons begin May 5th and run 6 weeks until June 9th.
Lesson costs are included in Membership fees.
League Play For Members
There are
- Singles (Monday),
- Doubles (Tuesday Doubles)
- (Thursday Doubles).
Begins the week of May 3th and runs 6 weeks until June 12th. If there are enough beginners there will be beginners leagues before the regular leagues. All levels of players are welcome. Schedules will be posted in the first week of May.
Portage Tennis Club is a member of MTA and all members are covered as part of our group membership. Tournaments will be posted and registrations are available.
Court Times for Club Members
Court times have been agreed to by the City of Portage. Club Members have priority over
non-members during these hours. Members are within their rights to ask non-members to give up a court during club times.
