As your Source for Canadian Christian Music - CMB is constantly seeking out new ways to increase the benefit you will receive from our information and services. Below is a list of some of the ways in which we are continuing to upgrade our services. If you have suggestions on how to improve, we'd love to hear them. If you've got complaints we'd love to hear those too - So we can fix them.

• Added Web Interface for CMB-Newswire - (Nov. 22, 98)
  Added new Web Interface to access this mailing list.

• Revised Band List - (Nov. 20, 98)
  Now over 160 Canadian Bands listed.

• Revised Links Format - NORTHERN SITE Directory - (Nov. 12, 98)
  We've revised and added new links to bring the total to over 150 links. We added new categories to make the Directory more useful.

• Revised Links Format - NORTHERN SITE Directory - (March 2, 98)
  We've revised and added new links to bring the total to over 80 links. We've also added an UP/DOWN tag that lets users know if a site has been tested as up or down. We've also updated the descriptions.

• Graphics and Banners Added - (November 10-12, 1997)
  Added more graphics and banners for those who like eye-candy.

• CMB-Newswire Launch - (November 1, 1997)
  Added Email based news and press release distribution service.

• Main Page Redesign - (October 6, 1997)
  We've added a few different graphics to spruce things up, and made the page structure so it requires less maintenance from the designer end of things. Let us know if anything is really out of whack on your browser.

• Backward Compatibility Revisions - (August 26, 1997 - Ongoing)
  While many services continue to advance with the latest plug-ins etc. Chazm & CMB continue to make our sites viewable to the widest possible audience by removing frames and becoming Lynx compatible. Our server stats show many visits from AOL and other service providers which use widely-accepted (read OLDER) web-browsers.

• Revised Links Format - NORTHERN SITE Directory - (July 31, 97)
  We took a look at why people would visit our links - Canadian Christian Music, and then redesigned the format of our links. We will be concentrating on Canadian Christian Music Links. There's piles of other resources for the other areas.

• Changed Main Page Format - (May 3, 97)
  We've moved away from a frames-based main page because we want to reach as many possible with our pages with the minimum effort in site maintenance. It's the classic Form vs. Content debate. With a tables based main page, it allows all those on Freenets using lynx browsers to take advantage of the same main page. This allows us to program only one main page and work on other initiatives, and reporting work.

• Canadian Christian Music SITE of the MONTH - (April 15, 97)
  We've introduced a site award that recognizes the best in Canadian Christian Music Sites. Check out the latest and past winners.

• Canadian Artist & Band List - (April 15, 97)
  As a precursor to our Encyclopedia Of Canadian Christian Music, CMB announces the opening of a page dedicated to logging Canadian Christian Artists & Bands. Part of this will allow radio programmers find out who are Canadian artists to allow them to play CANCON. It also allows bands to be listed. From this list, we hope to start entries to the ECCM. We welcome your additions of Canadian Bands and Artists.
